Thank you and your team so much  for making the Reception and Wedding Breakfast such a huge success.  I have had so many compliments re. the food, service etc. so thank you - it was brilliant.  The choice of menu worked really well, and could not have tasted any more delicious.

Thank you Caroline for all the organization of the catering which ran like clockwork - it was wonderful just not having to even think about that side of things

Davenports cater all of our shoots for between 8-18 people and always produce varied, locally sourced and fantastic tasting food that is the talk of the party! They handle everything from start to finish, sourcing to cleaning up, and cope with the vagaries of timings, meaning we can concentrate on enjoying ourselves and entertaining our guests. Whether its the canapés, the 4 course evening dinners, the full English or the sausage rolls and thick soups to keep you warm in the rain, everything has that great combination of great ingredients, vibrant flavours and plentiful supply that leaves everyone grinning with pleasure!!

Twenty of my closest friends and family recently spent a wonderful 60th birthday weekend in Cowbeach, which was beautifully catered for us by Davenports. Chosing the menus with Caroline was extremely good fun, only superceded by the eating of them! The high spot of the weekend was a black tie dinner on the Saturday, which was run very efficiently indeed, with mammoth helpings of the most delicious food. I would strongly recommend Caroline and her team.

Just wanted to say thank you for sending my order so efficiently.  How delightful it all looks with the ribbons and raffia, it makes such a lovely impression and we can't wait to have a taste. (Well we have actually had a couple of the Mistletoe Kisses already - really delightful).

Also what a very kind gesture to include the truffles - a lovely thought - thank you.

"A 'country cottage' dish, reminiscent of your mother's cooking. These delightful and sticky puff pastry tarts are something quite traditional. Filled to the brim with roasted asparagus, onion and sweetened peppers, and finished off with just the right amount of goats cheese, these are the perfect partners to a glass of red. Cooked to perfection with just the right amount of seasoning, this is English Country Garden at its best!"

"Don't stand cool as a cucumber when these are doing the rounds at your party - because they will go! These are so deliciously mouth-watering and really nice for any party. Filled with creamy Docelatte, and that combined with the caramel pears and crispy bacon works wonders."

"These threw a touch of 'Italy' into my party theme. Asparagus is always a winner and wrapped in Parma Ham really was gorgeous. They were served with an accompanying tangy olive tapenade, which was a nice touch".

"I would never have thought about this combo but the girls at Davenports did and my guests loved them. A roast dinner squashed into a mini Yorkshire pudding. Who doesn't love rare roast beef?!"

A country dish that all the country folk adore. The Chicken Liver Pate was 'melt in the mouth' and the brandy added sparkle. They were served on crostinis with caramelised onions and it looked and tasted so good. In all a very classy array of canapés."
