We use many local sources for all our dishes. From Farmers Markets to Taste of Sussex contacts.

Local Game from The Gourmet Game Company in Rye, their venison, is a melt in your mouth moment. Beef, Pork & Lamb from a fine Netherfield farm, supporting the local network of Wealden Farmers. We make all our own pastry, sauces & many more delights are made up on the spot!

We rarely stick to any one recipe and go along to what we think would be the best fit for our dishes & their ingredients. Caroline has always just made dishes up, from whatever has been in the family fridge, freezer & mum’s larder!

We make sure that each & every one of our dishes complements one another on your occasion, satisfying the most tantalizing of taste buds. That may take time; one after the other of sample dishes, tried, tested & tasted but without our total satisfaction we would not pass them on to you.
